Marilyn Edelson, principal, is an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC) as well as a certified Co-active coach (CPPC).

Her career as a Business and Leadership Development Coach is a natural evolution of thirty years experience in human services, fifteen in private practice. In 1996, having achieved success in business as a real estate broker, Marilyn shifted her career path from family systems counseling to coaching. Over the past seven years, she has worked with entrepreneurs, executives, professionals and family business owners who are committed to their own personal and professional success. Her focus is on helping clients create powerful mindsets and actions that maximize their results.

She has worked with a range of corporations and closely held companies, and has privately coached clients from diverse companies including The Minute Maid Co., Fleet Bank, Intel and Bose. Marilyn also trains and mentors human service professionals, business people and non-profit leaders in coaching.

Marilyn is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and holds a M.S. in Social Services from Boston University. She received advanced training in organizational development and family business consulting at the Cambridge Center for Creative Enterprise. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation-New England Chapter and belongs to the New England Women’s Business Owners.

Lloyd Franke has been working with businesses for over 18 years to improve performance, profits, and value. Using proven business development approaches tailored to specific company needs and issues, he assists to clarify business direction and goals, to identify places to improve, to establish management teams, and to achieve desired results. He has facilitated planning sessions to develop companies’ vision, mission, and goals and coached management teams to achieve superior results.

Lloyd grew up in Kansas City, MO, received a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from Northeastern University. He “transplanted” to New England after serving in the Air Force. He is married to his wife of 35 years, Patricia, and they have three grown children. Lloyd has been following and promoting the Best Year Yet® for several years and was recently certified as a Best Year Yet® Program Leader.

Anna Litvinova

Deirdre Danahar
Deirdre M. Danahar, MSW, MPH, LICSW has more than 20 years experience in public health and social services. She provides coaching, consulting, technical assistance and training to individuals, States and organizations across the US. She began coaching in 2002, a natural progression of her interest in and work fostering sustainable change and growth in people and systems. She is passionate about working with her clients who are ready to get clear, get into action and get results in life, well-being or work. She is the person you call when you are ready for your heart and your head to speak the same language. Deirdre has trained in specialized coaching techniques with Marilyn Edelson, and WellCoaches®. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the National Association of Social Workers, the American Public Health Association and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her Masters degrees in Social Work and Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans. She is also passionate about living a life filled with personal creativity as well as her professional interests. She is avid ballroom dancer, a devourer of books, savorer of music, lover of gardening, award-winning blogger, and, so her family and friends tell her, a pretty good cook.

David Herron has more than 25 years experience in software development and, for the past 10 years, has served as consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of software metrics and risk management. He is a noted author and lecturer and has addressed audiences throughout the U.S. and Europe on IT performance and governance. Original co-founder of David Consulting Group, a widely respected software firm, he "retired" and sold DCG and is now doing senior level consulting and coaching on matters related to organizational change management, team, and individual mentoring. Susan Abuza Ghosh is a certified Best Year Yet® Coach with a background in teaching, Licensed Clinical Social Work and meditation. Her lifelong passion has been transformative learning and helping others transform inner obstacles into openings. She has been a small business owner, counselor, and personal change consultant. She works with individuals, couples, families,and small business owners. Her interests include helping couples and families to communicate about goals and dreams and to become co-creators in achieving them, coaching small business owners to get the results they desire, and partnering with people whose lives are in transition. She holds Master of Arts degrees in Teaching from Harvard Graduate School of Education and in Social Work from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
