Lloyd has been working with businesses for over 18 years to improve performance, profits, and value. Using proven business development approaches tailored to specific company needs and issues, he assists to clarify business direction and goals, to identify places to improve, to establish management teams, and to achieve desired results. He has facilitated planning sessions to develop companies’ vision, mission, and goals and coached management teams to achieve superior results.

He grew up in Kansas City, MO, received a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University. He “transplanted” to New England after serving in the Air Force, and worked in a number of top It companies.  He is married to his wife of 35 years, Patricia, and they have three grown children. Lloyd is a certified as a Best Year Yet® Program Leader in addition to working with the Baldridge system for performance improvement,
