Your Best Year Yet® Workshop for Individuals in Teams
The individual Best Year Yet® is a half-day workshop in which members of the team create one-page individual Best Year Yet Plans, aligned to business and organizational goals. The Best Year Yet® workshop helps businesses by ensuring that team members align personal goals with business goals to ensure delivery of the team plan.

Follow-up Team Coaching
The third phase of the Team Best Year Yet® is a monthly team coaching program and measurement of performance to ensure that teams are meeting the established goals of their BYY plans. It keeps the team on track and focused on its Top Ten priorities, and not becoming diverted by day-to-day, lower-level concerns. The BYY coach meets monthly with the team leader and the team and conducts a “traffic light review” of progress each quarter.

Producing Results Online (PRO™)
PRO is a unique internet-based program for tracking your plan results for one year. Each Team plan gives access to PRO™ (Producing Results Online), our on-line tracking system, for up to fifteen individuals. Each team member can privately track his/her own personal plan as well as the team plan so individual goals are aligned with their work on the team. Leaders can also track multiple teams’ PRO™ plans on a dashboard, allowing “real time” measurement of strategic initiatives.
